how are you?
i hope everyone's fine...
as you may know, the Philippines was struck by a monster typhoon this last week-end
and our nation was deeply devastated.
streets were flooded, even homes were flooded up to the second floor, people begged for help on their roofs. :( people were stranded for hours, other people have no choice but to walk through the flood, and heavy rain just to see their family..
i refuse to watch the news sometimes because the stories make me cry. its so sad.
there are lots of horror stories that happened this week-end :(
i would like to share a prayer that you can also share so that we can pray as a nation.
Our Father in heaven,
we humbly pray to You as a nation.
We plead to Your merciful heart that You may look upon
us with compassion.
We pray for our brothers who have lost their lives,
receive them in You heavenly kingdom.
We pray for those who are lost and those trying
to get home to their family,
make their way easy.
We pray for those who have lost their homes,
give them comfort.
We pray for those who are still exposed to the bad conditions and awaiting help,
give them strength.
Everything we do for our unfortunate bretheren,
we offer to You and Your glory.
All this we pray in the most holy name of Jesus.
Amen.

Hi girl, I will keep the people in my thoughts and prayers as well :( It's really so sad to hear these calamities hurt so many innocent people.. well, do come by and pick up your award sometime.
