Nyx Round Lipstick in B52

hello!

today i'll share my thoughts about

Nyx Roundlipstick in B52

well i actually bought 2 nyx lippies, but the other shade circe does not suit me at all

*sniff* i just posted it for swap so that maybe it could find a new home :)

back to B52,

its a nice dark rose-mauvey shade

very pigmented, its almost matte but also satin-y. :p

it smoothly glides on my lips :)

its creamy but for me that's a bit of a con cause i easily

overdo the application :( oh well i just need more practice on applying this heehee

and also the staying power is quite low.

even with the cons, i still like this lippy because the color is nice

plus its very affordable too! :)

hi there!!

i got some lipsticks that does not look good on me

maybe its because of the not so 

pretty pigmentation of my lips :(

both of the lippies are in the nude family, i guess nude is not for me LOL

that's why i've decided to let go of these lippies 

and have them swapped! hihi

NARS Blush in Amour is Love :)

hello!!

today ill share my thoughts about

NARS blush in Amour

Amour is a peachy pink shade

i think this is like orgasm without shimmer?? 

because the description of orgasm if peachy pink with shimmer heehee

*im not sure because i don't have the orgasm blush 

and i haven't tried it yet*

I LOVE LOVE THIS BLUSH!!!

heehee i love the shade of amour

its very subtle yet it gives me a healthy flush

it stays true to its description of peachy pink :)

this blush is also matte like dolce vita,

i love it even without the shimmer heehee

and because its matte, it gives a more natural glow

and it makes me look happy! :)

i would love to use this everyday LOL

NARS Blush in Dolce Vita

hello pretty!! :)

today ill share my thoughts about 

NARS blush in Dolce Vita

dolce vita is a dusty rose shade,

its a matte blush so no pretty shimmers this time heehee

AFAIK i don't own any matte blush, thats why im really excited

to try some matte blushes 

*the other NARS blush that im gonna review next is also matte :)*

*the pan have scratches cause i accidentaly scratched it with my nail :c*

soo back to dolce vita, 

the dusty rose-brick red shade is pretty!

i can apply it very light and i get a sheer rosy look and i can also build up

the application for a more dramatic look :)

*but too much of this blush can look very muddy*

the shade gives me a sophistacated/femine look 

i think it gives a more natural flush cause it does not have any shimmers :)

and of course it stays on my cheeks forever!!

superb staying power :)

at first i thought that dolce vita would be the same shade of outlaw 

but without the shimmers 
*the color of outlaw is rose w/ shimmers*

when i swatched it, outlaw is more on the pink side heehee :)

another nice blush from NARS!!

i think i need to stop nars blushes for now, maybe i'll just add more nars next year LOL

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Color in Dolce Vita

today ill share my thoughts about
NARS Matte Lip Velvet Lip Color in Dolce Vita



this lip color is a *chubby* pencil type lipsticks
the texture is creamy and non drying
i love how it glides easily on my lips :)


the dolce vita shade on the other hand is a very nice
dusty rose color and its a perfect MLBB shade!!
it looks very pretty and natural
the shade provides a full pigment :)
and just like my NARS blushes, it also has a good staying power!

though i need to buy a sharpener for this chubby pencil heehee

overall i love the idea of lipstick in pencil form heehee
and this shade of dolce vita is also love :)

i would love to have more of this velvet matte lip color
but i find it too expensive for $24/Php1350 each*photo from nyxcosmetics.com
but then i saw that NYX cosmetics have jumbo lip colors as well!!
now that i want to try soon! :)

NARS Love Package and Haul :)

last Sunday, we received a package from my uncle and
look what i got heehee


he's soo kind to get me some stuff from sephora
i got 2 NARS blushes *amour and dolce vita*
and 1 velvet matte lip pencil *dolce vita*
love it!

plus the package i ordered from sephora came in today!
its NARS I Want You Lipgloss Set


its actually my advance birthday gift to myself LOL
my birthday is 23 days from now hihi

Mac Lipstick in Brave

hello pretty!

how's the start of your week? :)
well today, my boyfie and i watched new moon..
im happy with the movie but im quite disappointed
i've read the book, and i think i expected more from them haha.

and now im torn between jacob and edward heehee

anywayyy on to the review,
today ill be sharing my thoughts about
MAC Lipstick in Brave
its a Satin type of lipstick



Satin Lipsticks have medium pigments
its like matte but not as dry
though i find the formula quite drying
well i just apply lip balm underneath my l/s application :)

Brave is a nude-pinkish shade with hints of beige
the pigment pay-off is medium that's why i need to apply at least 2 layers
because the outer line of my lips is quite dark *i hate it*

the lasting power is also nice :)

overall the shade of the lipstick is okay,
*i don't hate it but i also don't know if i love it heehee*
and i wish the formula is less drying :)

MAC Lipstick in Chatterbox :)

hi pretty!

whew its weekend again!! days fly sooo fast, next thing we know is its Christmas already! heehee i hope you're having an awesome weekend :)

i got 2 MAC l/s from my aunt
and the first one that im gonna share my thoughts with is
MAC lipstick in Chatterbox


its an amplified creme lipstick
its a creamy lipstick with no sparkles


its also very pigmented
and i find it moisturizing too :)


soo chatterbox is a barbie pink shade heehee
*for me*
the brightness of the shade is just right!
it does not look hooker-ish hihi

it does not dry my lips, it does not have any weird smell,
and it has a good staying power :)
and oh, i must say its a nice match for my NC42 skin too :)

i love the shade of chatterbox :)

I Scored A Lovely Bargain!!

hello there! :)

im really really happy today!!

my family and i went to the mall and we stopped by an aldo sale store.
its an aldo store that sells discounted products, like out of season shoes/accessories or shoes that have off sizes :)

well i got something really nice! heehee
its a platform sandal!
its really high, 4inches heels LOL

from the original price of Php6995 ($145)
its been priced down to Php1400($29)!!
yey!! heehee,

Urban Decay Hall of Fame

hello there! :)

today i'll review another item from my sephora loot
its the Urban Decay Hall Of Fame kit


i was supposed to get the UDPP only but when i saw this kit,
i got interested because it has the UDPP in XL size plus 4 mini samples
of urban decay's favorite products.

the kit costs $29..
is it worth it?

hmmmn. first, lets take a look on the products one by one

here's the main product in this kit,
the eyeshadow primer/urban decay primer potion

i got really interested in buying this because i want to try my luck on eye shadows and i guess investing on a good e/s primer is a must :)


what i like about it is that it really does it job very well!! it makes the color of the e/s pop.
it helps the e/s to not crease and it makes the e/s harder to remove too LOL.
and the angled applicator also helps in applying the primer :)

next are the mini samples from this kit.

ill start with the lip products

there's a lipstick in midnight cowboy
its a sheer beige shimmer.


i tell you, its really sheer w/c i don't like :(
its like its just glitters heehee.

then there's also a pocket rocket lipgloss in timothy


its a coral with pink glow
i like the shade of this gloss
but what i don't like is the smell, it does not stink
but the smell reminds me of something sweet. like chocolate, but not the good smell of chocolate haha. now i can't understand what i'm typing haha. i think its chocolate with the smell of plastic. * i really can't describe it* :p

next are the samples of eye products

a sample of 24/7 eye pencil in zero is also included
its a black eyeliner
i actually like this product, it glides on smoothly and it stays on my lid for a long time.

next is a sample of a skyscraper multi-benefit mascarra
its also in black shade.
the applicator of the mascarra is cute heehee.


i love this mascarra at first use but when i tried to use it again,
it clumped my eyelashes already :(

heehee i have mixed emotions for this kit,
i don't know if i like it or not LOL.
i guess i don't hahaha.
but the primer potion is really a must try!!
