Foodtrip: Tempura&Cocktales + OOTD

hello! i just wanna share another food trip adventure that my boyfriend and i had this week :)
i craved for japanese food that's why i dragged him over to tempura :) its a japanese restaurant in trinoma mall that serves oh so yummy food at affordable prices!

here's what we ordered

uni sashimi - its raw sea urchin, we both love the taste of this one! its best accompanied with wasabi paste in soysauce and calamansi :)

seafood tempura - this one is so yummy! the tempura batter is so crispy :) this order has 2pcs. fish , 2pcs. squid, 2pcs. crab stick and 1 pc of shrimp :) 

tori teryakidon - its boneless chicken cooked in teryaki sauce. served on top of hot japanese rice. yumm.

chicken yakitori - japanese style chicken barbecue. served with rice and buttered bean sprouts.
my boyfriend loves this :)

and we also added 2 orders of chahan - japanese fried rice, my boyfriend and i are big rice lovers! LOL

we finished everything hahaha. we're that HUNGRY! :) 


that's not the end of our food trip!!
we also went to a desert place called cocktales. this is a healthy dessert place cause they serve a wide variety of desserts and mocktails that uses fruits as its main ingredients! 

and here's my order its sooooo yummy! mangoes, bananas, tapioca balls, and mochi balls, with ice and milk.. heaven! heehee

now for the OOTD part.. kinda bloated from eating all day. LOL :)

Foodtrip: David's Tea House

this is a very late post! :p
my boyfie and i ate at this chinese restaurant last december.  we ordered a lot but we finished all of it cause we really really love to eat! :D we went home with bigger tummies haha.

here's what we ordered.
hakaw - shrimp dumplings - i love this dish!its so yummy. comfort food material :)

shrimp siomai - this one i haven't tasted. my boyfie ate it all haha

steamed pork spareribs with tausi - we got two orders cause its so yummy with rice!

oyster cake - its oysters with egg, green vegetables, onions, and i don't know what else is in there but its heavely!! my favorite! haha. i think this is good for 3-4 people but we finished it haha.

yang chow fried rice - its not enough for the two of us haha. my boyfie ordered another cup of steamed rice LOL

the total damage is more or less Php800 ( around $18)
we had a good time eating here :) we will definetely come back! i miss the oyster cake so much hahaha.

Food Trip: Shomal

yesterday, my boyfriend and i craved for persian cuisine!!

we love persian cuisine soo much!!

so we headed to shomal

its a mediterranean / persian restaurant

its actually a sister company of hossein, i think LOL

i forgot to take pictures of the place but here's a picture of my boyfriend
with the other tables as a background. the design of the restaurant is really nice!
its like arabian nights theme heehee

and here's what we ordered

we started with roti channai as our appetizer

its a malaysian-puffed sweet bread served with sweet curry sauce

we love it so much that we got another order for dessert haha

for our main course we had

chelou kebab share, its good for 2 persons already

Traditional Persian meal of two sticks of beef kebab

served with saffron rice and tomatoes

beef kebab is made of ground beef with super special spices heehee

its really really good!!!!!! the rice is also yummy :)

we also ordered

beef shish kebab

its marinated chunks of beef tenderloin, skewered and charbroiled into perfection

i didn't like it because i think they gave us lamb instead of beef :(

it really tasted like lamb! but my boyfie finished it anyway LOL

the meats are perfect with their garlic sauce! yumm!!
the red sauce is very spicy :p

we were soo full and satisfied! heehee

we can't wait to go back and eat more! heehee

persian cuisine is love!!!
