hello pretty!
this is a very late post about the
bare minerals rocker eye set
that i got from sephora
heehee i never got to play with it until now
well i tried to use it before but the result was awful :(
i looked like i got punched in the eyes! LOL
but i gave it another try heehee.
so here's my thoughts about the rocker eye kit
the set contains 3 eyehshadows and a dual ended "rock n' roll" brush
let's see the shadows one by one
first is the 1980's eye color
its a dark shimmery silver shade
i think i can wear it also for daytime, i just need to apply it with light hands
next is the rock star eye color
this one is also packed with shimmers!
its a dark gray shade
last is the black leather eye color
this one is the liner color
its blackest black! with just tiny shimmers
im having a hard time applying this one heehee
and oh,these shadows would last for a long time because they're very pigmented!
i only need a little amount for a beautiful eye color!!

and of course the rock n' roll brush
this brush is also nice!! its a smudge brush and a liner brush
very useful!!
there are two tutorials in the kit, its for a soft rock look and for a heavy metal look
and there's also two techniques included its the swirl,tap,pat technique and an extreme lining technique
i tried to follow the soft rock tutorial
and here's the result
* i used primer when i made this look, i haven't tried it on my lids without primer cause im afraid the pigments would fall out* LOL
overall this set is very helpful to make up newbies like me :)
i would like to try more tutorial kits bare minerals!!
and im excited to try this look on club hopping nights!! :)
